Job Summary:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Interact courteously with clients and staff, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage cleaning supplies efficiently and report when stock is low.
  • Occasionally assist with driving duties as required for transporting cleaning equipment or supplies.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for this position.
  • Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse individuals.
