Job Description:
Job Overview
We are Footprint are looking for a Welfare Cleaner for our clients site in Aykley Heads, Durham.
This will be 3-4 hours per day.
This is a long term position.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Interact courteously with clients and staff while performing cleaning duties
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure efficiency
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
