Duties:
- Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently to lift, move, and place materials as required on site.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure the telehandler is in good working condition.
- Assist in site preparation by digging and clearing areas as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate material handling and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.
Experience:
- Previous experience operating a telehandler or similar machinery is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
- A valid commercial driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is beneficial.
