Job Opportunity: Skilled/Semi-Skilled Site Operative (Security Clearance Required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general site duties and ad hoc tasks.
  • Operate cordless power tools (experience required).
  • Carry out minor joinery and concrete works.
  • Perform banksman duties (slinger/signaller certification is advantageous).
  • Provide gate man cover when required.
  • Conduct weekly checks (e.g., fire safety, fencing).
  • Maintain site tidiness, including adjusting walkways.
  • Assist with site waste management, including bin emptying (in coordination with forklift operator).
  • Install and maintain site signage.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience using cordless power tools.
  • Basic knowledge of joinery or concrete work.
  • Willingness to support across multiple site functions.
  • Good awareness of health & safety.
  • Slinger/Signaller and/or Banksman certification (desirable but not essential).
