Site Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the internal phases of the project, ensuring that all subcontractors are closely coordinated, work is completed on time, and high-quality finishes are consistently achieved across all areas. A key focus will be on delivering defect-free results and maintaining excellent standards throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive internal fit-out works across multiple units.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors’ performance and output.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, with a strong emphasis on quality control and finish.
• Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance on site.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager as required.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays and defects.

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• First Aid certification.
• CSCS card (Manager level preferred).
• Proven experience managing internals on multi-unit accommodation or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
