Site Manager – Refurbishment Project – Sheffield

Footprint Recruitment is working on behalf of a key client to source an experienced Site Manager for a refurbishment project based in Sheffield. This is a 34-week contract, and we are ideally looking for a locally based candidate.

The successful applicant must hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.

Scope of Works:

  • Demolition and soft strip
  • Structural alterations
  • Steel columns and beams
  • Foundations
  • Drainage repairs
  • Stone and block work
  • Metal decking
  • Upper floor concreting

Responsibilities:

  • Site management and coordination of daily activities
  • Programme and design management
  • Contract administration
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Managing in-house labour and subcontractors
  • Ensuring quality control and timely project delivery
