Site Manager – New Build & Refurbishment Projects (up to £15m)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to required quality standards.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers with clear communication and direction.
  • Implement and maintain health & safety procedures, site documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, and material deliveries.
  • Work closely with Project/Contracts Managers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging processes.
  • Drive productivity and ensure high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering construction projects up to £15m.
  • Strong track record across both new build and refurbishment schemes.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and best practice.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages and a fast-moving site environment.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence.
