Site Manager – New Build & Refurbishment Projects (up to £15m)
Location: North West (Manchester / Liverpool / Lancashire / Cheshire)

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to required quality standards.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers with clear communication and direction.
- Implement and maintain health & safety procedures, site documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, and material deliveries.
- Work closely with Project/Contracts Managers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging processes.
- Drive productivity and ensure high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering construction projects up to £15m.
- Strong track record across both new build and refurbishment schemes.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and best practice.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages and a fast-moving site environment.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid (essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
