Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations on site.
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Overseeing social housing refurbishment works and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.
- Ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld.
- Coordinating trades, materials, and logistics.
- Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing social housing refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- SMSTS qualification preferred.
- CSCS card required.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep works on schedule.
