Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations on site.
  • Supervising subcontractors and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Overseeing social housing refurbishment works and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.
  • Ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld.
  • Coordinating trades, materials, and logistics.
  • Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing social housing refurbishment projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • SMSTS qualification preferred.
  • CSCS card required.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and keep works on schedule.
