Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and safe working practices.
  • Oversee installation teams, subcontractors, and labourers.
  • Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure correct stock levels on site.
  • Carry out quality inspections on all uPVC window and door installations.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and office staff to resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Promote and enforce health & safety policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the uPVC window and door industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of installation procedures and technical requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS qualification preferred.
