Job Title: Site Administrator (Part Time) – Major Construction Projects
Location: Sheffield (S1)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Temporary / Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on admin support across two busy construction sites.
- Manage site documentation, filing systems, and records (drawings, permits, RAMS, etc.).
- Support H&S compliance through organised documentation and record-keeping.
- Handle site registers, staff inductions, PPE logs, and training records.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep operations flowing.
- Take meeting minutes, support diary management, and assist with reporting as needed.
- Act as a friendly, proactive presence on-site—keeping the team connected and informed.
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (construction admin experience is highly desirable).
- Charismatic, confident, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of site staff.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working independently across two sites (some local travel may be required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, flexible, and proactive approach.
