Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team.
  • Managing and maintaining site documentation and filing systems.
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining site calendars.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
  • Supporting health & safety compliance, including record-keeping and inductions.
  • Assisting with document control using site-specific systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a construction site admin or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with document control platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex) is desirable but not essential.
