Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team.
- Managing and maintaining site documentation and filing systems.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining site calendars.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
- Supporting health & safety compliance, including record-keeping and inductions.
- Assisting with document control using site-specific systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in a construction site admin or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with document control platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex) is desirable but not essential.
