Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general administrative duties on-site.
- Assisting with document control processes (experience desirable but not essential).
- Managing and organising project documents and records.
- Liaising with internal teams to support smooth project operations.
- Maintaining effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience (experience in a construction environment is preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge or experience of document control is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
Contract Length: 18 months
