Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general administrative duties on-site.
  • Assisting with document control processes (experience desirable but not essential).
  • Managing and organising project documents and records.
  • Liaising with internal teams to support smooth project operations.
  • Maintaining effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (experience in a construction environment is preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge or experience of document control is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Contract Length: 18 months

Employment Type: Temporary, full-time
