Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site operations and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the quality of work and ensure high finish on everything.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS card.
  • First Aid certification.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-spec office fit-outs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working under NEC contracts.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
