Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Oversee quality control, health & safety, and all site documentation.
- Liaise with the project team and client representatives.
- Drive progress and maintain a positive, productive site environment.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential or mixed-use schemes.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Package:
- Day rate: £330 – £350 per day (freelance).
- Contract length: Minimum 12 months.
