Senior Site Manager – Freelance (4 Months)
Location: Wigan
Project: Large-Scale Regeneration Scheme
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large regeneration or similar major projects.
- Strong background in concrete frame construction.
- Extensive experience with groundworks.
- Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, programme, and H&S to a high standard.
Essential Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)
- First Aid at Work
Contract Details:
- Freelance role.
- Immediate / short-notice start preferred.
- Competitive day rate depending on experience.
