Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage cost planning, procurement, and commercial reporting on multiple live projects.
- Lead contract administration and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits and liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure all commercial practices align with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Support and mentor junior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Proven track record managing multiple construction projects (residential, commercial or industrial).
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (RICS accreditation desirable).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Based in or able to commute to Liverpool.
