Senior Estimator

The Estimator will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for major new-build developments. You'll work closely with the pre-construction and commercial teams to support the successful bidding and financial planning of upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
• Assess risks, value opportunities, and contribute to bid strategy.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams throughout the tender process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment.
• Background in large residential, mixed-use, or student accommodation projects.
• Comfortable working on schemes valued up to £80 million.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction processes and estimating tools.
• Able to manage workload across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
