Project Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Civils
Role Responsibilities:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of multiple projects. Duties will include:
- Preparing and managing project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services.
- Managing subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Conducting site visits and liaising with site teams and clients.
- Supporting commercial and project reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in groundworks/civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, project management tools).
- Full UK driving licence.
