Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee health & safety compliance and implement best practices across the site.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and foster positive relationships.
- Track progress, manage risks, and produce regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering industrial or commercial new builds (e.g., warehouses, logistics centers, manufacturing facilities) would be beneficial but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND or Degree in Construction Management or related field).
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject) is desirable.
