Multi-Skilled Operative – BD15
Location: BD12, West Yorkshire
Rate: £18.50 per hour (CIS)
Duration: Ongoing

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative for an ongoing affordable housing refurbishment project in the BD15 area. The role will mainly involve assisting with basic joinery-related tasks, particularly undercutting replacement doors and filling/making good works.

Key Duties:

• Carrying out door undercuts following floor coverings being installed​​​​​​​.
• Filling, patching, and making good around doors and frames​​​​​​​.
• Assisting joiners and other trades as required​​​​​​​.
• General snagging and finishing tasks​​​​​​​.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment​​​​​​​.
• Supporting refurbishment works within residential properties.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card.
• Basic understanding of joinery works (door adjustments, undercuts, filling).
• Previous experience in a multi-skilled or maintenance role preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
• Good customer awareness when working in occupied homes.
• (Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness certificates preferred).
• (Own van and tools preferred).
