Job Advert: Multi-Skilled Operative

We are currently seeking a Pre-Plaster Labourer to help our Customer on a temporary basis for 2 weeks on an Demonstration New Build House trial scheme in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will have experience in patch plastering, and mastic works. Will be doing bits of Insulation, Foam Gun work, mastic and taping. Must be neat and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Pre plaster work in an off site New Build Trial House build.
• Complete mastic works in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and the specific requirements of new build housing projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
• Work efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Pre-Plaster work ideally within the new build housing sector.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in new build housing projects is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience in a similar role.
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
