Duties:

  • Assisting with site clearance, including moving materials and debris.
  • Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment.
  • Assisting tradespeople with their tasks as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Supporting the setup and dismantling of site facilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by supervisors.

Skills:

  • Valid CSCS card is essential.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic understanding of construction site operations is desirable.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site.
