Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring they are safe and organised.
  • Carry out general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
  • Follow instructions from site supervisors and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance as needed during various phases of construction.

Skills:

  • Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required.
