Labourer

Overview:

This role involves supporting various site activities, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Previous experience is not essential but would be advantageous. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within the construction sector.

Duties:

• Assisting with general site clearance and organisation of materials.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Assisting tradespeople with their tasks as directed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on-site.
• Moving tools, equipment, and materials around the site as required.
• Supporting with minor site maintenance tasks.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience:

• Previous experience with 2 previous references is required.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
• CSCS card holder.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
