Labourer

The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role is essential for supporting various construction activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials on site.
• Carry out general site maintenance, including cleaning and tidying work areas.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks by providing assistance as required.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision when necessary.
• Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor promptly.
• Participate in site meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on site.
