Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor health and safety performance across construction sites.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Support the development and implementation of site-specific RAMS.
- Provide health and safety briefings and training to staff and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure legal and internal standards are met.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in a health and safety role within construction.
- Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and current HSE legislation.
- Experience working on residential or student accommodation projects preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (role will involve site travel).
Desirable:
- Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH or above).
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Experience with multi-site or high-rise developments.
