Duties:

  • Perform general semi skilled duties and tasks around the project, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and patch plastering, bits of basic brickwork.
  • Respond promptly to requests from Site Managers.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as required.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Construction Operational techniques and methods.
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in Construction work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with site management and team members effectively.

Certification:

  • 1st Aid certification preferred
  • CSCS essential
