Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties on-site.
- Carry out basic bricklaying and blockwork repairs.
- Tackle general snagging jobs such as patch plastering, sealing, minor carpentry, and fitting works.
- Assist other trades when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe site.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or refurbishment projects.
- Competent in basic brickwork and general snagging.
- CSCS card preferred.
- Own tools and PPE desirable.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Desirable:
- Experience working on educational or school sites.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
