Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general handyman duties on-site.
  • Carry out basic bricklaying and blockwork repairs.
  • Tackle general snagging jobs such as patch plastering, sealing, minor carpentry, and fitting works.
  • Assist other trades when required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe site.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or refurbishment projects.
  • Competent in basic brickwork and general snagging.
  • CSCS card preferred.
  • Own tools and PPE desirable.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Desirable:

  • Experience working on educational or school sites.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
