Job Title: Hands-On Site Supervisor – Kitchen Refurbishment Scheme
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Rate: £22–£24 per hour (ongoing role)
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day kitchen refurbishment works across occupied homes.
  • Work closely with trades teams, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Maintain strong communication with tenants, site management, and subcontractors.
  • Carry out hands-on tasks as required to support workflow and keep programmes on track.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures.
  • Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report updates to the project lead.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential.
  • CSCS card – essential.
  • Strong background in domestic refurbishment or social housing works.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when working in tenanted properties.
  • Ability to work proactively, lead by example, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Full UK driving licence desirable.
