Role Overview:

As a General Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the site. You will be working closely with site management and trades, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting skilled trades and subcontractors as required.
  • Carrying out general labouring duties across the site.
  • Loading and unloading materials and deliveries.
  • Moving materials and equipment safely around site.
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
  • Following all site health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Reporting any issues or hazards to site management.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card – essential.
  • Own PPE required (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots).
  • Previous experience working on a construction site preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Pay & Contract Details:

  • Pay rate: £16.18 per hour.
  • Short-term role (with potential for extension depending on site needs).
  • Immediate start available.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern.
