Shift pattern: 24/7 cover (rotating shifts across a 3-person team, including out-of-hours)
Pay: Competitive, with enhanced rates for out-of-hours work

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for tenants, assisting with:

  • Access arrangements.
  • Deliveries and visitors.
  • General questions or concerns.
  • Support residents while front access to their homes is limited during ongoing construction.
  • Carry out general labouring tasks as required by the site team.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and respectful working environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both the public and the site team.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential).
  • Experience working on live construction sites preferred.
  • Comfortable dealing directly with residents in a polite and professional manner.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and out-of-hours shifts as part of a 24/7 rota.
  • Physically fit and capable of general labouring duties.
