Construction Manager

The Role:

As Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the construction delivery of multiple projects or a large flagship scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall management of site teams, including Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.
• Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety across projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth site operations.
• Working closely with commercial, design, and client teams.
• Driving build quality, compliance, and best practice on site.
• Supporting project planning, sequencing, and problem-solving.
• Playing a key role in mentoring and developing site management staff.

About You:

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager role.
• Strong background in residential or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential.
• Confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
