Job Description:

As a Construction and Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment across various commercial premises and post-construction sites. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning of construction sites post-build, including debris removal and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and pressure washers.
• Remove stickers, paint marks, and construction residue from surfaces.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
• White Card or other relevant safety certifications (for construction sites) is a plus not essential.
• Driver’s licence required.
