Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the entire bid process from pre-qualification through to submission.
  • Work with estimating, design, planning, and commercial teams to compile bid documentation.
  • Develop bid strategies and win themes tailored to each opportunity.
  • Manage timelines, responsibilities, and content to meet submission deadlines.
  • Ensure bids are professionally written, well presented, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing bids for a main contractor, ideally in the residential or student accommodation sectors.
  • Proven track record delivering successful tenders on high-value construction projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with bid writing, editing, and compliance in construction procurement.
