Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations.
  • Supervising subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate site documentation.
  • Upholding health and safety procedures across all site activities.
  • Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving on site.
  • Ensuring work is completed on time and to specification.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred.
  • CSCS card required.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain high standards.
