Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with subcontractor procurement and payments.
  • Support monthly valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting.
  • Help manage budgets, variations, and cash flow.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with site and design teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with final accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (contractor or developer side).
  • HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Confident communicator, well-organised, with good commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with construction management software is a plus.
