Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with cost management on new build residential and commercial projects.
  • Supporting subcontract procurement, valuations, and variations.
  • Producing cost reports and assisting with forecasting.
  • Measurement of works and subcontractor account management.
  • Assisting with interim valuations and final accounts.
  • Liaising with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an Assistant QS role (contractor background preferred).
  • Experience on new build projects (residential or commercial).
  • Strong Excel and cost reporting skills.
  • Ambitious, detail-driven, and keen to progress.
  • Full UK driving licence.
