As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. You must have experience in both demolition and new build projects, as well as a working knowledge of asbestos removal.
This role offers a fantastic long-term opportunity, with the project expected to last for the next twelve months. You will be working with a leading contractor who has a secure pipeline of upcoming projects, providing potential for future work upon successful completion of this scheme.
Qualifications: CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid.
