    We’re really proud to share the impact of our recent Construct Your Future employability programme delivered in partnership with Willmott Dixon in Wigan and Leigh - a targeted two-day intervention supporting unemployed adults, including those who are NEET or transitioning off benefits, to explore sustainable careers in construction. A huge part of the programme’s success came from the employer-led approach.
