On behalf of Morgan Sindall Construction, we worked with Career Connect as part of their Summer Programme 2025 at Pendleton Gateway.
We delivered a CV and Skills workshop for a group of young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
At the start of the session, many felt like they had little or no experience to put on a CV. But with some guided reflection and skills mapping, we uncovered so much more – from volunteering and caring responsibilities to transferable skills gained through hobbies and life experiences. Any of our clients with needs for Salford NEETs, please get in touch to provide these young people with work experience and industry exposure.
