Working with young people and inspiring them to consider our industry has to be one of the favourite parts of what we do. Working with one of our clients Tilbury Douglas we got to be part of the Programme of Works challenge, demonstrating just some of the roles in our industry and introducing them to the complexity of who helps a project to get built.We also looked at pathways into construction and how to get to those pathways.Thank you Chloe Roberts and Lucy Bansal for the invite - we really enjoyed it!
