Sometimes we have to create the perfect candidate. One of our clients needed a Labourer with Asbestos Awareness and Manual Handling qualifications. Instead of trying to plait fog, we upskilled one of our regular workers, Tre (pictured with our Garry Burnside), in our new training suite via our Social Enterprise. In on a Friday and out on site with a happy client and 2 new qualifications on Monday.
