We were at Reddish Vale High School on behalf of Bridgestone Construction Ltdvolunteering with Salford Foundation to take part in their Mock Interview Day.

It was great supporting students as they prepared for real-life job interviews — helping them build confidence, talk about their aspirations, and develop key employability skills.

Each session gave us a chance to offer feedback and help them see the value of their experiences.

A big thank you to Salford Foundation for organising such a well-run event, and to the staff and students at Reddish Vale High School for being so engaged and enthusiastic throughout the day.
