The power of crossover working with clients has recently been proven to give quality, lasting end results. As a result of  We Are Footprint Pippa Holland and Caddick Construction Ltd Faye Chilekwa involvement with Oldham SWAPs (Sector-based work academy programme) we were introduced to returning citizen Andrew. We continued to offer support and guidance to Andrew after the meeting and now thanks to Nicola Tyson-Lightfoot and the Willmott Dixon team at The Spindles site in Oldham we were able to get Andrew into work and will be offering further upskilling opportunities soon.
