Insights into careers at Dalkia We were asked by Claire Hopwood to deliver, alongside two of Dalkias employees Grace Dixon and Lewis Birchall, the routes into employment with a business like Dalkia.
We then helped the 20 General Construction Level 1 students at Stretford College understand how to approach interviews in our industry.
The students got to meet Lewis who was at Stretford College last year and is now employed with Dalkia, and Grace who is 4 years into her digital career with Dalkia. Thank you Aisha Malik and Laura Rigby for organising this opportunity.
