On Friday We Are Footprint ran another set of courses for 8 of our current workers and 2 future stars from our new partnership with RossCon Training Ltd. By working through our Social Enterprise, workers at Willmott Dixon, Caddick Construction Ltd and The Heaton Group will be back on site today with 2 extra qualifications in Traffic Management and Abrasive Wheels. Willmott Dixon, Caddick Construction Ltd and The Heaton Group will continue to support the workers on site and because of our partnership some of the local labour force will finish their contracts with additional qualifications and will be more employable. This is what we do!! Massive thanks again to Nicola Tyson-Lightfoot and the team at Willmott Dixon BCMS site for hosting us for the day in their site offices.
