The Role:

You will be working as part of an established groundworks team on a large-scale residential scheme. Duties will include:

  • All aspects of groundworks on new build housing.
  • Drainage (foul & storm) installation.
  • Foundations, footings, and concrete works.
  • Kerbing and edging.
  • General site duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in groundworks, particularly on new build housing projects.
  • Strong drainage experience is essential.
  • Valid CSCS card (required).
  • NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own PPE.
