Site Manager

We seek an experienced Site Manager with solid project management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering quality results. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

The successful candidate must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualification and ideally have working experience on Manchester Airport. We require 1 manager and 1 senior manager for day shifts and 1 manager and 1 senior site manager for night shifts (3pm - 1am).

We are looking for someone with experience managing fit-out projects and the ability to motivate and lead a team. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong successful project delivery track record. We are also looking for someone who is organised and can work to tight deadlines.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using time management skills.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Civil 3D software for project design and documentation.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's licence.
