Required Qualities:

- Proven experience in managing new build housing construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work.
