We’re looking for an M&E temporary recruitment consultant to take ownership of a growing mechanical & electrical labour desk within our construction division. This role exists because the work is there — not because someone has left and not to “manage” a legacy patch.
We already support warm M&E clients across live construction projects and are now ring-fencing that work under one dedicated owner so it can scale properly.
The role
- Supplying mechanical & electrical temporary labour into live construction environments
- Developing and expanding existing client relationships
- Building and retaining a reliable subcontractor base
- Owning delivery, margins, fill ratios, and sustainability
- Working closely with our in-house compliance, payroll, and operations teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience in construction or M&E temporary recruitment
- Someone who wants genuine desk ownership and accountability
- Commercially aware and delivery-focused
- Comfortable picking up the phone and driving outcomes
- A positive, pragmatic attitude to social value
