Supporting NEET Learners into Construction Careers
On Monday we delivered an industry insight session at Peel Green House on behalf of Seddon, supporting Salford City Council’s UKSPF-funded Introduction to Construction programme for NEET learners, led by Build Salford.
The course supports Salford young people aged 16+ who are currently not in education, employment or training, giving them real insight into the industry, site experience and qualifications. We spoke about careers in construction and Seddon’s fantastic apprenticeship opportunities, helping learners see what pathways are possible.
Great to catch up with Gary Watson and thank you to Build Salford and the Skills & Work team for having us. The learner feedback was really positive, and they thoroughly enjoyed the session.
