Stronger Communities Through Skills and Support
We were proud to attend the Southway Housing Trust’s Pathways to Employment event on behalf of Bridgestone Construction Ltd, supporting the local community to explore career opportunities within construction.
It was great to engage with residents seeking employment and offer advice on routes into the industry, including Bridgestone’s fantastic apprenticeship programme and wider pathways to work.
Events like this are a powerful reminder of the importance of connecting people to real opportunities and making careers in construction more accessible. We also had the opportunity to network with some incredible local VCSE organisations and explore how we can collaborate further to strengthen community support across the area.
