Prison Release to Employment
In the past year, 21 individuals leaving prison engaged with us to build careers in construction. 17 of those 21 have remained in work and have not returned to custody, giving us an 81% success rate.
When you consider that nationally 56% of people serving short sentences reoffend, the difference is significant. More importantly, it reflects genuine life change. With the right support, clear expectations, and meaningful employment, people can move forward with stability and purpose. Construction recruitment and support, done properly, can provide exactly that opportunity.
