As Group Director at We Are Footprint, I’m incredibly proud to be publishing our 2025 Positive Outcomes.
They reflect the role we play within the supply chain, and what’s possible when social value is embedded into everyday recruitment activity rather than treated as an add-on.In 2025, our work helped deliver approximately £1.8 million in Social Return on Investment (SROI), alongside real, measurable outcomes for people facing barriers to employment and the communities we all serve.
