From Interview to Opportunity: Supporting Local Talent in Leigh.
Earlier this week, we visited Daniel Clifford, MIEP, Employer Account Manager on the Restart Programme at Ingeus Wigan, to hold interviews with residents who are long-term unemployed.
We were interviewing on behalf of our client Tilbury Douglas for an exciting local opportunity, offering someone the chance to step into a Labourer role on an upcoming project in Leigh. As always, Ingeus did not let us down!
We sat across from people who were ready, motivated, and eager to get back into work.
Opportunities like this remind us why partnership working is so important. Many people just need that extra bit of support, guidance, and belief to take the next step and that’s where collaboration between employers and organisations like Ingeus make a real difference.We’ve now successfully progressed several interviewees to our team ahead of the project, and they will be contacted directly regarding next steps.
